Huntsville native Mark Moore is the director of development and marketing at a healthcare nonprofit in North Alabama that serves people from all walks of life including the LGBTQ+ community. He also serves on the boards of the American Advertising Federation of North Alabama and First Stop, an agency for the homeless.

At the University of Montevallo, Mark formed the school’s first gay/straight alliance. After college he served on the boards of Central Alabama Pride and was the assistant editor of the state's gay newspaper, The Alabama Forum. Mark also served on the boards of  Covenant Community Church and Spirit of the Cross Church.  He speaks on panel discussions at colleges and businesses about issues that face the LGBTQ+ community.

For fun he does community theatre and collects comic books.  He and his partner are the proud dads of three rescue pups.

Mark is a constant collaborator with The 6:52 Project Foundation, Inc.’s CEO, Warren; so joining The 6:52 Project Speaks collaborative team for media consulting opportunities was seamless.
